What year did you start CrossFitting?
2012Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?
I have been athletic my whole life and heavily involved with competitive team sports throughout high school and then college. After I graduated, I really missed the team atmosphere and HATED 'going to the gym'. I moved to a different city and was looking for something new to do in order to meet fun people, (and I guess get back into shape) and my brother recommended CrossFit. I tried it once and was hooked! I loved the community aspect and it satisfied my cravings of a 'team-like-sport', but with the option of being competitive. I've never looked back! Why did you become a trainer?
Being a Physical Therapist by day, I truly have a passion for helping people overcome obstacles, whether it be an injury or getting that first-ever strict pull-up. There is nothing better than seeing people reach their personal goals, and being able to be part of that is an honor! What's your favorite CrossFit movement?
Well, I was going to say Wall Balls and Burpees, but I guess that makes me slightly insane. So I'll go with Box jumps and Overhead Squats :)What is your favorite cheat food?

2019Why did you become a trainer?
Something as simple as encouraging an athlete to adjust a movement, put some weight on the bar, and believe in themselves can change how that person sees themself. It can change how they push themselves inside and outside CrossFit. I love that I get to be a small part of why someone realized they’re mentally and physically stronger than they thought they were when they walked into class that day. What's your favorite CrossFit movement?

What year did you start CrossFitting?
Hard to say when I started CrossFit because I did a lot of cross training as a pole vaulter through high school and college but went to a box consistently starting in 2019Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?
I’ve always wanted to be a coach for as long as I can remember. Growing up in sports, I was greatly impacted by all the amazing coaches I had that pushed me further than I thought I could go and encouraged me in the gym, on the track, and in life. The gym has always been a safe space for me to escape the chaos of daily life, shut my brain off, and just move my body - I want to be able to create a space for others to do the same and cheer them on in their day to day lives as coaches I’ve had in the past did for me.What's your favorite CrossFit movement?
I really love any gymnastics movement but handstand walks are probably my favorite. What is your favorite cheat food?
