Getting Started

Getting started at CrossFit Fairbanks is easy.  We make it simple to get into an exciting and intense CrossFit regimen to best suit your fitness needs!

STEP ONE

Call or email to set up your complimentary personal training session!

This introductory session will give us a good idea of where you are physically and will allow you to really try out CrossFit to see how it will benefit you, personally.  You will be instructed in the most common movements associated with CrossFit WOD’s (workout of the day) and shown how to scale the workouts to your own ability level.

STEP TWO

Join a group class!

We are firm believers in using a group setting to not only push you to work harder, but also to support you in your physical challenges.  CrossFit Fairbanks is not just a gym, it’s a community.  Of course, we do provide personal training for those of you who are not yet comfortable joining a class or just prefer to work out alone.

We now have two classes daily to choose from – CrossFit 101 and CrossFit Standard.

CrossFit 101 is a beginner/intermediate class  programmed for those who are not already familiar with CrossFit or who are only concerned with burning fat and toning muscle.  There will be time spent everyday going over a specific CrossFit Fundamental movement.

CrossFit Standard is our intermediate/advanced class.  It is designed for those who are already acquainted with the fundamentals of CrossFit.

As a member of CrossFit Fairbanks, you are welcome to choose the class you will participate in from day to day.
