*Rest 45 seconds between rounds.

*Foul if you are 5 seconds or more slower from your 1st round.  Every 5 seconds off is counted as a foul.  For Example if round one is timed at 1.20, and round 2 is 1.33 then that will be counted as 2 rounds.

*Every foul = 6 STRICT Pull Ups, 6 GHD Sit Ups to be done at end of workout
