Practice Olympic lifts(Clean & Jerk and Snatch)
WOD:
5 Rounds for time of:
1 Short Shuttle
3 Power Snatch, 135lbs
6 Plyo-Push Ups
9 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
Remember, scale as needed! Obviously this is geared towards someone with a high work capacity. There is nothing wrong with doing power snatches with 95lbs, or even the bar. Plyo Push ups could easily [...]

Plyo Push ups could easily be regular push ups, or push ups on your knees, same for pull ups. Just as long as you are doing what you are able to do and get yourself out of your comfort zone!
