Today’s the day. CrossFit Football Total. If you’ve been here for previous total days, you know we don’t have structured classes. There will be a warm up on the board, and you will progress through the lifts at your own pace. Some guys/gals can take up to 2-2 1/2 hours to work through it and I want you to have all the time you need. Coaches will be assisting whoever needs it! Good luck everyone!
We’ll be here 11:30a.m.-1:30 p.m. and from 3:30p.m.-8:30p.m.. I will be doing the total from 8:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. If you would like to do it then, you can. For the early a.m. crowd. You guys will total on Wednesday Morning. Kristy will be opening the doors at 5.30 a.m. for those of you that are gonna need some extra time.
