There will be no class at the gym on Saturday.  The Workout of the Day is the Chena River Fun Run!  It’s a 5k that we do every year.  If you haven’t registered yet you can do so by CLICKING HERE.  Remember to wear your CrossFit Fairbanks Attire!

Workout of the Day

1 Minute– STRICT Chin Ups– MAX REPS

4 Minutes– Push Ups– MAX REPS

1 Minute– STRICT Chin Ups– MAX REPS

then IMMEDIATELY…

Run 1 Mile

*The standard for Push Ups = CHEST TO DECK  Don’t count halfies, we aren’t the Army.

Post total reps completed and mile time to comments.
