We did belt squats for 3 sets of 6-8 reps on Monday.  I made it through with 386lbs.  I was asked how I managed to fit 386 on the weight belt at least 12 times.  This is it.  4 of the 70lb kettlebells and 2 of the 53lb kettlebells.

We’re doing the CrossFit Football Total on Tuesday.  If you only come to that 6 a.m. class you’ll do it on Wednesday.

 

Workout of the Day

Complete 5 Cycles of

Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of:

3 Pistols(each leg)

6 Jump Touches 9′(m)/8′(w)

9 Kettlebell Swings, 70lbs(m)/53lbs(w)

*Rest 1 minute between 3 Minute rounds.  Restart each 3 minute AMRAP at the beginning.
