Don’t forget Wednesday the 6.15-7.15 time slot is dedicated to skill work. We are going to do another gymnastic skill work class. Muscle ups, kipping pull ups, L-Sits, Ring work. WHATEVER you would like to get better at.
4 Rounds for time of:
3 Resisted Sprints, 20yds
5 Hand Power Cleans, 135lbs
*Rest is 1:1
*You will complete an ENTIRE round, then rest while your partner completes an entire round.
*For the Sprint portion, go all out for 20 yds, walk back 20yds and repeat. Go IMMEDIATELY from your 3rd Sprint into the Hang Power Cleans.
